Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to learn more about their out-of-network benefits.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines anticipated services and fees based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Actual charges may vary depending on your treatment needs.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
